I’ve waited but I still don’t have my redemption instructions?
After you have made a purchase, you should be immediately sent an order confirmation email to the email address registered on your LoyalRate account, which will contain your LoyalRate deal, your unique LoyalRate QR code, and instructions on how to redeem this deal. If I don’t use the full order value in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
Of course! You can redeem the balance of your deal in-store for as many times as you'd like. Until when can I redeem my order?
Many orders from LoyalRate have an expiration date (also known as a “until/to” date). Furthermore, our partner shops may have other restrictions which will be set out both in the Fine Print section on the listing page and on the order confirmation itself after you have made a purchase. Sometimes, it might be necessary for you to contact the shop to make an appointment before dropping by to confirm the availability of the deal. We recommend you check with the shop before you come into their store
