If I don’t use the full order value in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
Of course! You can redeem the balance of your deal in-store for as many times as you'd like!
I’ve waited but I still don’t have my redemption instructions?
Your voucher will be sent via email, to the email address registered on your LoyalRate account, on the date shown on your receipt. Make sure you check your spam folder just in case. If you need to print the voucher to take it receive your purchased experience then there is a “Get Voucher” link in the email itself. You can always access your redemption instructions by logging into your LoyalRate account and find your order. Clicking on each order, you will see full redemption instruction. Pleas
I’ve accidentally deleted my redemption email?
No problem, just log in to your account to access it again.
Until when can I redeem my order?
Many orders from LoyalRate have an expiry date (also known as a “until/to” date). The participating merchant may have other restrictions which will be set out both in the Fine Print before you buy a deal and on the order confirmation itself. Sometimes, it might be necessary to make a reservation with the participating business to use your voucher, so do check with them before you go.
