Can I edit a review for an order?
To encourage honest and impartial reviews, a review can be edited before it's been published, but not after. Reviews cannot be edited once they are live on the listing page. If you decide that you'd like to have a review that you've written taken off the website or app, you can request that by contacting us. How do I check availability for a deal?
By default, once purchased, orders on LoyalRate can be redeemed at any time that suits you as long as it is by the expiration date. However, some shops require that customers make an appointment/confirm with them before coming in to redeem your order. If booking is required, it should be mentioned on the listing itself under the Fine Print or Redemption Instructions section. How do I contact a shop?

Where can I find my QR Code?
Once you sign up with LoyalRate, you will be assigned an unique QR code. This will be the only QR code that you have, and it can be used for all orders that you purchase. So when you redeem in-store, all you need to do is present this QR code to the shop employee, and only the deals that you purchased from that shop will be visible on their application.
