What happens after I place an order?
After your purchase, we’ll send you a receipt. You’ll then be sent an email containing your LoyalRate deal which includes your unique LoyalRate QR code and instructions on how to redeem this code. In most cases, you’ll be sent the code straight away, but for some offers, you’ll be sent the LoyalRate code when the deal closes. How do I check availability for a deal?
By default, orders on LoyalRate can be redeemed at any time that suits you. However, the contact details for the venue/merchant will be on the deal itself if you need to check specific dates and times. Alternatively, our shop partners will also specify the availability on the deal listing itself.
I haven’t received my order confirmation
Your voucher code is sent by email to the address used when registering your details with us. However, if you've waited and still don't see it, you can also find it by logging in to your account. If you’re looking for more help on this subject, please contact us using chat below.
How do I leave a review for an order?
You can leave a review on LoyalRate about your experience with our local shops. To leave a review: On LoyalRate app or website, click your Account on the top right. Click My Orders. Find the order you want to review. Click the star rating you want to give next to Review. Add the comments to describes your experience with our local shops. You can upload an optional picture. Can I edit a review for an order?
To encourage honest and impartial reviews, a review can be edited before it's been published, but not after. Reviews cannot be edited while a case is open for that order. If you decide that you'd like to have a review that you've written taken off the website or app, you can request that by Contact us. If you request that we remove a review written by someone else, we will only take action if it violates our Review Policy. If you have any further questions on this, we are always available.

How do I make my first purchase on LoyalRate?
After completing the sign-up process, you must be as excited as we are to make your first purchase on LoyalRate. Can I place an order on LoyalRate as a guest?
All guest users can browse around our website and find deals that appeal to them. However, in order for you to complete a purchase, you will be redirected to a registration page to sign up / sign in.
