Most shops mention the period of time before which you can cancel or reschedule your appointment on the shop's Fine Print. If it is within the shop's Cancellation Policy, you can easily contact the shop using the information on their profile page to change the date of your booking/appointment.

If it has passed the time during which you can cancel or reschedule, there is a high chance that you will not be able to change the date or request a refund. However, we recommend you still contact the shop just to be sure.
