If you no longer wish to redeem an unexpired order and you haven’t redeemed it, we are happy to help you cancel your voucher, refund or issue you with LoyalRate Credit for its value.

If you have already used your voucher to make a booking with a merchant then you will need to contact them to cancel it. Please be aware that this could be subject to the venue’s cancellation policy.

Please note we may contact a merchant to assess the cancellation on a redeemed voucher. Any cancellations will fall in line with our standard e-commerce terms.
